Couple seeking luxury
The hotel was fine and had an very nice team. There was a charming gentleman. I still think about that delectable breakfast spread with all the local delicacies.
It wasn't exactly cheap but for the experience, it was fair.

Well-appointed and modern rooms, I had really comfortable experience.
Everything was simply perfect. Reasonably clean place and marvellous location, appreciated very attentive staff. In my case they offered Wheelchair Accessible room with the bedroom, great essential and that was great. The private parking was on-site, impeccable service. Try hot dishes served at the gourmet restaurant...

They have wheelchair accessible rooms with the bedroom, great essential, as example and care about everyone. There is a good choice of delightful food for breakfast...
The room is quite small.

The location was excellent - right by all the major sites, and the main restaurant. It also was close to everything.

The rooms have a luxurious design with high ceilings that create a spacious feel. The garden view adds an element of serenity.
Air conditioning issues were noted, with it being inconsistent and frequently turned off. The breakfast selection has significantly declined. What used to be a generous offering is now quite limited and lacks variety. The location poses a challenge as it takes a solid fifteen-minute walk to reach major attractions, and the immediate surroundings feel somewhat disconnected from the hotel's character.

I stayed in a Double Room with Garden View, and it was really nice! The room had high ceilings. Plus, the view of the garden added a lovely touch to the whole vibe. It felt cozy and calm. The only downside was that it could have felt a bit understaffed at times, which affected service a tiny bit.

Charming ambiance with room for improvement
I recently enjoyed my stay, appreciating the lovely decor and warm atmosphere. I did find the breakfast limited and opted for coffee, which came at an additional cost. The location was decent, requiring a short walk to the city center, but it was manageable while exploring Florence.
